JOB TITLE: Accounts Payable Coordinator
REPORTS TO: Accounting Manager
GENERAL JOB SUMMARY
The Accounts Payable Coordinator reconciles, processes, records, and files payment of invoices, statements, and expense reports. They perform a range of accounting and clerical tasks related to the accounts payable function.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
- Able to problem solve and meet deadlines
- Proficient in data entry, SAGE and Microsoft Suite
- Knowledge of accounts payable and general accounting procedures
- Able to interact and communicate with all levels of personnel within the company
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
At least a High School diploma or GED required; an Associate’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field is a plus. Must have a minimum of five (5) years of Accounts Payable experience.
