JOB TITLE: Safety Manager (Bilingual)

REPORTS TO: Human Resources Manager

GENERAL JOB SUMMARY

The Safety Manager is a key position in establishing a safety culture by auditing the processes for the Elite Companies. This position will provide leadership and knowledge in construction to work with the companies on safety, compliance, expertise, and accountability.

  • Valid Driver’s License; will travel 60 – 75% of the time (between Bakersfield and the Bay Area), to jobsites and project locations, as required

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

At least a Bachelor’s degree required (preferably in Environmental Health and Safety or Occupational Safety and Health), and a minimum of three years leadership/managerial experience within the Health and Safety function, one or more years of related Human Resources experience in a related industry, and five years’ experience in the construction industry. Experience working with a company with at least 100 team members (combined companies or individual company).

JOB TITLE: Estimator

REPORTS TO: General Manager

GENERAL JOB SUMMARY

The Estimator is responsible for compiling estimates of how much it will cost to provide a client with products and/or services.

JOB TITLE: Estimating Landscape Coordinator

REPORTS TO: Chief Estimator

GENERAL JOB SUMMARY

The Project Coordinator administers and organizes all project needs from estimating to project close out. In coordination with the Chief Estimator and Project Manager/s, the Project Coordinator ensures successful projects are delivered to our customers.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

At least a High School diploma or GED required and a minimum of 1 year experience as a Project Assistant in construction or a related industry. Finance and accounting experience is preferred.

The Landscape Construction Team Member is responsible for performing a variety of tasks that require physical labor to ensure the construction of a project is completed.

The Spray Technician is responsible for using their chemical fertilization and pesticide industry experience/knowledge with our commercial customers.

REPORTS TO: EMTS Account Supervisor

GENERAL JOB SUMMARY

The Irrigation Technician is responsible for installation, maintenance and repair of irrigation systems. They will apply advanced knowledge of landscape maintenance operations, practices and equipment while maintaining excellent customer service and communication skills with team members, clients, vendors and management.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

At least a High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required with a minimum of 2 years of experience in irrigation installation and/or post-secondary training in irrigation or landscape.
