Culture & Benefits

Elite Team Offices utilizes several tools to drive our culture and team forward. Our four Core Values, Adaptability, Integrity, Perseverance, and Teamwork, go hand-in-hand with our investment in the 7 Habits of Highly Effective People. Elite Team Offices is team-driven and prioritizes a win-win environment to create a culture that includes all team members.

We have a Culture Committee made up of volunteer team members from across our various teams and companies, who support our culture, team members, community, and celebrate how and when we are Elite.

In addition to caring about team members, we also value why they come to work and support them in all aspects of their lives. We incentivize through recognition, celebration, development, and benefits and perks that could, in some instances, extend to those they care about.

In 1987, Guy Stockbridge attended a business class at Fresno City College. In this class, his professor stated if anyone started a business, they would improve a whole grade in the class. Being an ambitious young man, Guy took his professor’s challenge and started a lawn service business currently known as Elite Team Offices. Now, over 30 years later, Elite continues to strive and employs over 1000 team members.

To pay homage to our roots, Elite Team Offices wanted to find a way to give back to our team members, their families, and State Center Community College District (SCCCD). In 2016, Elite Team Offices partnered with SCCCD to provide an annual scholarship offering, which provides students with a scholarship fund to support their investment in their educational future while minimizing the financial burden that school can bear.

Scholarships are awarded during the fall and spring semesters of the award year based upon funds available. Preference, first, to a student that is a relative of a team member of Elite Team Offices and then to a Business or Construction major. Applicants must be enrolled at least part-time with a 2.5 GPA.

All SCCCD schools qualify for this scholarship
